The mechanical hollowed-out panel runs a color contrast line design underneath, visible through the mineral-reinforced crystal at 9H hardness. Every KOAH watch runs a genuine automatic self-winding movement no battery, no quartz shortcut. The case is stainless steel or alloy depending on the model, sealed to 30 meters water resistance. The crystal is mineral-reinforced, rated at 9H hardness against scratching.
Wind the watch by wearing it daily or use a watch winder if storing for extended periods. Avoid dropping the case against hard surfaces the movement is mechanical and impact-sensitive. Keep away from strong magnetic fields, which can affect timekeeping accuracy.
Wipe the case and strap with a soft damp cloth when needed. The silicone strap is replaceable. If anything with the movement is off within 90 days of receiving it, we cover it.

30 meters means rain, handwashing and brief splashes are fine. It is not rated for swimming or submersion. Remove the watch before showers, pools or the ocean to be safe.
Manufacturing defects in the movement, case or crystal. If the watch stops running, the crown stops functioning or the crystal cracks under normal use within 90 days, we replace or repair it. Damage from impact, water beyond the rated depth or normal wear on the strap is not covered.

Yes. You have 90 days from the date of receipt to request a return, no justification required. The piece must be unworn and in its original packaging. Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the item back. Return shipping is on us.
